Initiate Your Return
Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the return is accepted.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
